Store In-Charge – UAE
Kingston Management Consultants F.Z.C. L.L.C. is currently recruiting an experienced Store In-Charge on behalf of a leading company operating within the façade engineering and building materials sector.
Position Details
· Role: Store In-Charge
· Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
· Salary: Up to AED 12,000
Role Overview
The successful candidate will possess strong experience in managing stores and inventory within metals, steel, iron, aluminium, glass, or façade engineering, together with the ability to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
· Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
· Coordinate material movement with procurement, production, and project teams.
· Monitor stock availability and identify shortages or excess inventory.
· Ensure proper storage and handling of steel, aluminium, glass, and other façade materials.
· Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
· Maintain proper documentation for material receipts and deliveries.
· Ensure the store operates in an organised, safe, and efficient manner.
· Lead and coordinate store and warehouse staff as required.
Requirements
· Five to ten or more years of experience in store or warehouse management.
· Strong experience within façade engineering, aluminium, glass, steel, iron, or metals is preferred.
· Previous experience in a Store In-Charge, Warehouse Supervisor, or Store Manager role.
· A diploma, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or other relevant qualification.
· Strong inventory management and organisational skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
