🚢 We’re Hiring: Freight Forwarding Executive 📦
📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Executive with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and coordinate domestic and international freight shipments.
✅ Handle import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading and packing lists.
✅ Coordinate customs clearance procedures through Dubai Trade – e-Mirsal.
✅ Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses and internal teams.
✅ Monitor shipment schedules, deliveries and ensure timely clearance.
✅ Ensure proper handling and transportation of fragile and oversized cargo.
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding/logistics experience in the UAE.
🔹 Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
🔹 Good understanding of UAE customs regulations and e-Mirsal processes.
🔹 Experience coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
🔹 Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
🔹 UAE Driving License is preferred.
